Here are some general policies and information to know before you visit the Inn in Canandaigua, NY. We look forward to your stay.

General Policies

Check-in: 3:00 PM — 6:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
The Inn is a smoke-free environment.

Smoking is permitted on the porches and the grounds. Please be considerate of others.

Excessive damage to the property or its contents will incur charges.
Rates do not include tax.
2-night minimum on weekends from May – October.
Offseason: November – April

Extended stays and corporate discounts may be available Sunday – Thursday.

The B & B rooms are for registered guests only. Visitor’s guests are welcome in the common rooms and on the porch.

Additional persons – $55 per night.
Burrell Suite only.

We accept cash and most major credit cards.
3-night minimum on holiday weekends.
Rates are per night and based on double occupancy.
Self-check-in may be available for arrivals after regular check-in hours.
Children 13+ are welcome.
Gift certificates are available!

Whole House Rental

Secure all the guest rooms in the house with the whole house rental. The deposit is half of the total amount at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Notice the cancellation policy for three or more rooms.

Deposit Policy

We require a deposit equal to one night’s stay per room plus tax at the time of reservation. The day before your arrival, the remaining balance will be charged to the same card that was used for the deposit.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Traveler’s Checks, and cash. We cannot accept personal checks. Please call the Inn if you have any questions about our deposit policy at 585-394-0139.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy

A $50 cancellation fee is charged per room canceled earlier to 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you will be charged in full. The reservation holder is responsible for all nights reserved. You may be reimbursed if we can rebook your room(s) for the dates you had reserved, not including the $50 cancellation fee. If we need to break our two/three-day minimum to fill your room, you will be charged an additional $30 cleaning fee per room.

Cancellation Policy
for 3+ Rooms

The cancellation policy for three or more rooms is the same as above except a $50 cancellation fee is charged per room canceled earlier than 30 days before your arrival. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, you will be charged in full.

Your Personal Information

When making an online reservation, you are required to share personal information to verify your identity and secure your reservation. We will not disclose, share, sell, or otherwise your personal information to third parties unless we have informed you, been authorized by you, or required to by law. After your stay, you may request that we erase all personal information we hold about you.
